Varsha Bailey-Gunputh, known to most as Coach V, is an Italian-Mauritian National Goalkeeper Coach. With a decade of experience in the football industry, she now focuses on developing, training, and nurturing female goalkeepers through bespoke training sessions.
In 2024, Bailey-Gunputh founded GirlKeepers, a program run in partnership with the London FA. GirlKeepers is dedicated to developing girls and female goalkeepers in and around London. The success of their work is evident in the 100+ girls and female goalkeepers that have been trained in collaboration with well-established and grassroots football clubs.
With GirlKeepers, Varsha aims to break down barriers, advocating that football belongs to everyone. They don't see ethnicity or background; they see the strength in your hands and the passion in your heart, ready to be unleashed. All these years of hard work and passion for the position have led her to be part of the England Football Goalkeeper Women's Pathway - Future Lionesses.

Caragh McMurtry OLY is the Co-Founder and CEO of Neurodiverse Sport CIC, the leading not-for-profit think tank dedicated to embedding neuroinclusive practices in sport. Passionate about creating meaningful change, she leverages her lived experience as an autistic individual to champion inclusivity across all levels of sport and beyond.
With a decade-long career as a GB rower, Caragh represented her country at international competitions, culminating in her participation in the Tokyo Olympics. Her athletic journey not only honed her skills but also deepened her commitment to supporting the next generation of athletes.
Caragh extends her expertise and advocacy through various roles. She is a trustee for the Red2Green charity, an ambassador and mentor for the Mintridge Foundation, a Girl Guides ambassador, and a Sporting Chance ambassador. Her dedication to empowering individuals and promoting neurodiversity is at the heart of her work, inspiring change both on and off the field.

STEPH MEEK
CLUB OPERATIONS
Steph Meek is passionate about football both on and off the pitch, dedicating her career to growing the game and creating opportunities within the sport. She spent most of her playing career at Margate FC, signing in 2014 and playing for nine seasons, with a season and a half at Canterbury City.
In February 2023, Steph became Head Coach of Margate FC Women’s First Team, where she led the team to third place in her first season, increased social media engagement by 300%, secured £6,000 in FA Cup prize money, and arranged high-profile pre-season friendlies.
After leaving Margate in October 2023, Steph was approached by Aylesford FC and Minster FC. At Aylesford, she leads women’s operations, using FA Cup prize winnings to enhance the women’s section and strengthen fan engagement. At Minster, she’s developing a women’s section and building a pathway for players. Football is more than just a game for Steph—it’s about community, opportunity, and growth.
